I watched the documentary, and the changing rooms are the least of this brand’s problems. The allegations and behaviour shown were far more concerning. As for removing changing rooms, if the quality is already questionable and returns become more difficult, I can understand why customers would be frustrated. I’m honestly more surprised that the brand is still around.

It’s because people used to use pieces of gum to secure the dressing room curtains- so gross! 😭 I used to enjoy shopping there- the quality is amazing, but I need to try clothes on to be able to make decisions, so I won’t be getting clothes from there anymore! But they do have real leather purses and high cotton percentage socks at affordable prices sometimes, so that’s still a win!
