What I realized in order to be confident and to not fake being confident is you have to love yourself 100%. A lot of people think they love themselves but they are at a constant war with themselves inside their head (body dysmorphia, taking yourself down, etc). Once you fully love yourself you don’t look for validation, you don’t care what people think, and you have a healthy mindset that motivates you and does not bring you down. When this happens you’ll be fully confident and what people call “grounded” and woman sees that and is naturally attracted to men because they want a man who loves themselves 100% = confidence = a man who is grounded and undisturbed when life doesn’t go their way.
