RIGHT!? Also even though this convo is about how queerness still exists outside of relationships, does dating a queer person not make that relationship inherently queer?? Like it could seem like a heterosexual presenting relationship but you're still queer? can someone explain to me why dating a trans person is considered a queer relationship but dating a bisexual person suddenly removes their queer identity? I've noticed this distinction and it's confused me everytime because like it's all gay, why the separation 😕

bisexuals intersect heavily with Trans and Asexual identities too. I personally feel more connected to the Trans and Asexual community in terms of my queerness, because they have helped me feel more connected and grounded in my queer identity. They have become my ride or die.

being culturally queer is important too. most Biphobia i hear comes from those who dont know history at all. especially those who overpolice labels. the same people who will call bisexual woman straight or not queer will call a bisexual man gay and in the closet.
