flaxseed is the best tho with oats and milk then topping with 4-5 dates🥰😘

Fibre is key and keeps you full. As an IBS girlie it took me 4 years and slowly increasing my fibre intake to be able to have 35-40g a day and I LOVE IT HERE!! Fibre needs the same priority as protein in my opinion. Keep up the great content ☺️

Eating high fiber is definitely not easy for people who have never eaten this way. I love the idea of adding pumpkins to oatmeal and also adding more fiber because oatmeal on its own (even with protein) does not help me feel full. Got some can of pumpkin that I need to use. Perfect way to use them, thank you for sharing!

Just made it and I like but i think the half cup of pumpkin puree is a bit too much as it gave it a bitter after taste. Fixed by adding vanilla bean paste, a lil pumpkin spice, cinnamon, raw honey and a dash of salt.
