So the size of my band is correct but they don’t sell any bigger cups sizes so I always have to go so many sizes up of my band that they fit in my cups but it doesn’t support because the band is far to big

As someone who’s worked at an inclusive bra store, most ppl who are wearing a 36D (most common size) are actually like a 32 F or a 30G. They’ve just been sister sized. And ppl get really shocked when they hear these measurements cuz no stores even carry these sizes and they’ve never heard of it. But that’s why your straps are digging into your shoulders cuz your band isn’t holding itself up. In a correctly fitted bra, the band when fastened should stay in place by itself even without you having the straps on. The straps should just be sitting on your shoulders for additional support and not be the main support.

What do i do if with one size i have a gap in the Middle ( or on the side) but with a smaller cup it will be too small and spill? Ive tried different shapes of bras but for some reason i cant figure out what im doing wrong. And the lady at the bra store doesnt know either..

Finding a bra when you have large breasts is actually the absolute worst. Theyre all uncomfortable they’re all expensive and hard to find.
