@dralexgeorge: Today was my first step back into campaigning to fight for young people's mental health. I was thrown in the deep end in front of the Health and Social Care and Education Committees and, to be honest, it was pretty scary having a panel of people asking me questions. But this was more important than any nerves. So here are some of my thoughts. Every part of society benefits from improving young people's mental health. Young people need help and they need it now.
