The algae was flushed out of the dormant pipes that they turned on with an construction complete. They are now getting the algae out of the pool and alI will be good in a few days. Relax everyone this President got you covered

Lord have mercy - the algae you see is what was at the bottom of the basin from before - its rising up as the water fills which was 100% expected and being filtered out as we speak.

I really don’t care what color it is as long as you can still see the reflection because that’s the whole point of it. They really needed to do repair repairs and fix some pipes because it has been leaking for a long time. So hopefully they at least fix the problem.
