not how it works. you needs to push yourself, if you're not consistently challenging yourself, you wont see progress. doing the same workout routine with the same amount of reps for a year, you wont see progress

yeah, when you first start out. but eventually this'll become too easy and you'll need to add weight, reps, or sets. maybe harder variations. and if you dont eat well no matter how much you workout it wont work.
