It’s also limited my peri menopause symptoms. I’m now near my goal weight and wondering whether I can keep on it on a low dose (like 1mg) just to keep the other health benefits that come with it

I never have the week before emotional state anymore. And I don’t feel it coming anymore. Which is good but… not lol. I only seem to have one bad day now and lasts only 3 days. It’s actually like clockwork now and like u… my energy levels aren’t impacted
