60% of men dont seek therapy, even though men who do seek therapy see the same results women do, and claim improved mood/overall mental health. it's hard to help someone who doesn't want to be helped and just wants to push the trauma loas onto other people. Getting flamed for supporting her on my page has been entertaining. All they can do is insult.

men are always told by their fathers and telling their brothers that they shouldn't cry, and the reason is for that is they dont wanna be perceived as feminine, because they believe being vulnerable and having emotions is a 'women' thing. but they dont wanna admit that bcz then they'd realize, oh shi, it rlly is a lot of mens fault, and yeah a lot of men genuinely hate women. but nono they dont wanna he perceived as the problem. so they go on ahead and blame women for all their issues they have, even though usually, it had nothing to do with a woman.

I genuinely believe you aren't going help men's mental health by continuing to segregate mental health advocacy and perpetuate the kind of stigma that isolates men to begin with. like the only way they can "support" men's mental health is by telling them their specific mental health problems are actually manly and that men have it worse because they're incapable of being vulnerable and that's normal so don't be ashamed of the fact that you're suicidal and depressed it's just because you're so tough and strong and don't talk about your feelings like a real man. and women don't have better mental health support obviously bc you have years of history of lobotomies and hysteria and we get next to nothing in advocacy or support. like you're so right mental health is never going to be properly cared about for anyone if we live in a society that cares more about us generating profit than wellbeing
