Never buying one, and never going back to their dealership network. locally dealerships are charging $260 an hour and looking at the parts they are at about 300% mark up

Took my Cadillac in for recall and they found a crack in my antifreeze tank. Refused to let me take it, kept it for 3 weeks because they had to find a new tank because they can’t use off brand. I could have gotten a tank online delivered the next day
