Love how no one paid any attention to how much Dean takes care of the car. It’s so heavily implied that he did the oil change, changed parts, literally did everything to keep it as brand new as he could. The better question is how he found parts over and over for such an old car. I’m not a car guy but I feel like a car that old is gonna be hard to find parts for.

Genuinely I have been wondering this for the entire series. Because not only do they put on tens of thousands of miles in all of the episodes that we see, how many miles did that thing have originally? Cause like that was John Winchester’s car before it was ever Dean’s. That car easily has gotta have half a million miles or something 😭

so dean definitely does a lot of car maintenance we see it in a ton of episodes, but in one of the episodes where just a bunch of small minor inconveniences and some big ones happen it was right after they pissed chuck off, and i dont remember if it was cass or who said it but it was kinda hinting at the idea that they have a type of good luck from god
