I just started going to Persona Pilates (I’m a total beginner and haven’t been anywhere else). I loved Haeli and her classes so much, she has me hooked! I always hated exercise, but her classes goes by super fast and her modifications are great (I have a plate in my wrist and am missing a disc in my back after surgery). ❤️
