BBC has NOT cancelled Doctor who, they have cancelled the Christmas special for this year and will be issuing a tender for a new production company and executive producer and a tender for creative director in the coming weeks

« C’est une pilule vraiment difficile à avaler. Savoir que Doctor Who entre en hiatus pour une durée indéterminée, ça laisse un immense vide. L'idée de passer les prochains Noël sans épisode spécial me brise le cœur. Mais honnêtement, on en est là parce que certains ont préféré courir après des ambitions démesurées et des stratégies purement commerciales plutôt que de respecter l'ADN de la série. À force de vouloir plaire à des comités de direction et de sacrifier la cohérence de l'écriture sur l'autel de la rentabilité, ils ont fini par perdre les fans en route. J'espère que ce n'est qu'un au revoir, mais le gâchis est immense. 💔 »
