I live in a upper middle class mostly white neighborhood. There are no dinner parties anymore. Noone eats dinner. No happy hours. They are starting to look scary.

They’re supposed to be taking supplements, fixing their diet, hydrating and exercising. People are just not eating…that is why their losing their hair

I had bariatric surgery 15 years ago. We have a strict vitamin regimine to combat the nutrient loss. Getting on glp1's and not adding supplements is wild.

The issue isn’t even the glp-1s it’s the lack of protein and vitamins from a healthy diet that’s lacking.

Hairloss doesn’t mean nutrient deficient. It’s normal on people losing a lot of weight. Weightloss is a huge shock to the system, if you do it in a healthy way or unhealthy way. And the 1st thing the body stops prioritizing in an attempt to conserve energy is hair growth and hair maintenance.

Literally have conversations about hair loss and GLP-1s daily with my clients. I’m always advising to eat protein and real foods and avoid snacks bc they will fill up on crap and be nutrient deficient.
