I have scanxiety!! I had a cancer scare back in March. Thank it was not, but getting that initial cancer diagnosis has put me aon edge for any test or scan. Thinking positive thoughts for you!!!!

It’s called scanxiety. You’re not offending anyone. It’s your journey and they are not in your shoes. I’ve been thru breast cancer twice now. I panic every time I have to have a scan or see an email or contact from my doctors. You e got this!!!

I understand your frustration. My docs don’t like to use the word remission and the they never told me that I am NED. I am three years out from my cancer diagnosis and I think I will always dread the things I just don’t know.

I get you; health care professional here. They should have explained better. If anything pointed in a different direction, you'd be in active treatment. Radical clear margins typically mean no cancer.
