I took the plunge too last year after 30 plus years in construction sales…still early days but OMG I’ve done it. Still find it scary but I wake up in the mornings looking forward to the day 🙌

Im in the same boat- worked for 37 years and work is more relentless , more travel, more hours-and literally feel that the job will kill be - I am feeling the effects of it and my age

wait till you get to your 60s. Guys get out when your young enough to start again. Loads of money might get you pretty things you don't actually need, but it will never ever give you peace of mind, time amd happiness. Those who commute like myself every day, down a dangerous motorway in all weathers is soul destroying. Just because your degree says ine thing, it doesn't mean you need to use it. Be wise guys, but be happy
