any tips on waltz jump? i can do it great off ice but when i try to do it on ice its more of a step, theres no height! (ive practiced form off ice and my coach said it looks good off ice)

I can get power and go fast, but once i get going fast i get scared and can’t seem to do any elements at speed. do you have any tips for gaining confidence to do elements (footwork, jumps, etc) with any sort of real speed instead of just walking through it?
