You’re re-framing what it means to be locked in. Most people forget that all athletes have an offseason too.

Once you build muscle and get to a body you’re happy with, you can literally fit in occasional carb and calorie heavy meals at a restaurant and still feel lean and strong bc of how you act most of the time. The key is to lock in pretty much 100% first and GET there to that freedom. Fitness=freedom and builds confidence. U covered the nuance well

A guy was selling food at work .. my husband got some. The guy who knows us both asked him if I wanted anything.. he said “nah she food preps so she already has lunch” 🥰 that felt really really good.

You also just need to challenge yourself. Get out of your comfort zone otherwise you’ll never grow

Going through depression and loneliness during the summer. Seeing my gains and abs coming through for the first time in my life is genuinely giving me a reason to live. Gym and nutrition is saving my right now, I swear

no Offense but saying to be locked in 100% of the time when you need reta to be locked in is kinda counter intuitive

I’m currently doing that now. It’s helped me prevent relapse and gave me something I could control when so much of my life spiraled out from a series of unforeseen events. It gave me reason to not fall back into the depression

everyone can be as casual or hard-core as they are comfortable, shaming anyone for having passion or wanting to do things a certain way is ridiculous. let people live as they wish and do what makes them feel like they have some purpose.

If following through with a meal plan was the only thing you have to live for, you’re not properly fulfilling your purpose. Being locked in with your diet is not go if to help that.

But you do realize people have different reasons and drives that get them out of bed besides meal plans and working out right?
