My hair looks like that if I scrunch it when wet but it dries almost straight. Some pieces will have a soft wave and some just look straight.

Idk looks like 2c to me on the edge of 3a because you got kinda like giants curls going on. It’s more 3D than just 2D and there’s def big spirals in there even if rly loose
