Toddle room leader here. This is a game changed when you have 10/12 toddlers to get ready. We teach them all the coat flip within a few weeks of being in our room and they master it. My own three year old is as master at it now

Oh my goodness. I’m going to teach my daughter that one - she’s in her being independent stage but keeps putting her arms in the wrong arm and then it’s backwards 😂
