@kylescaffeination: This is my recipe for a Black Forest Mocha. It’s a play on a Black Forest cake and made with ice, housemade cherry and chocolate syrup, a shot of espresso, milk, vanilla cold foam, and topped with cocoa powder. If you want to make a hot version you can add the syrups to the cup, add espresso and steamed milk. Then top with whipped cream instead of cold foam. Check out my syrup recipes below to help you make it at home Cherry Syrup Recipe 1. Add 250g Cherries, 250g sugar, and 100ml boiling water to pot 2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes 3. Strain out the cherries and add the syrup back to the pot 4. Simmer for 8 minutes to reduce 5. Let cool and pour into a container 6. Store up to 1 month in the fridge Chocolate Syrup Recipe 1. Mix 250g sugar and 70g cocoa powder in a pot 2. Add 150g boiling water and mix 3. Bring to a boil and simmer 4 mins 4. Turn off heat, add 1 tsp vanilla extract 5. Let cool and pour into container 6.
