In 99 I became a fast fan of Stevie Ray Vaughan. I have never experienced anyone to pour so much raw emotion through an instrument. His final performance was at Alpine Valley a two day concert he was part of 1990 August 25 & 26. And since 99 I wondered and looked if this concert was recorded and never found it. Until a week ago. Eric Clapton and Steve Ray Vaughn featuring Jimmy Vaughn, Buddy Guy and Robert Cray. About a month prior to finding this three CD set of the entire concert I found a vinyl of Stevie's set the first day of the two day event.
