The way that I actually don’t care at all about the Hyatt stuff. 3x on gas, 3x on vacation rentals, double the hotel credit, free TSA precheck, year of free Apple TV and still a heck of a lot of great 1-1 travel partners. It’s still a great card and I think Chase made up for the devaluation of Hyatt points.

Was going to do CSR and refer future fiancée to CSP to pay for honeymoon but wasn’t planning to open the card for another two months- is it worth pulling the trigger early to get the grandfather status- long term was going to downgrade after a year and we have one CSP and then one freedom unlimited or flex?

Hyatt is what I mostly used my CSP for. This honestly makes me want to stop the whole points thing. I'm not interested in paying $800 for a card and then having to work to get the full value from it, I'm closer to dropping it than upgrading to something that costs hundreds more.
