it sucks because no one wants to sit and just LISTEN. let me verbally process what I'm going through. We develop this through YEARS of emotional neglect and EVERYONE who is anti BPD want to disregard our emotional reality. like trust me I KNOW its not logical, but because of how my brain adapted to processing emotions its VERY real to me. Just sit with me, and THEN help me make the connections as to why what I'm feeling is incorrect. I can do it for others, so why dont I deserve that same kind of love and consideration in return??

I hate when people constantly assume I’m overreacting when they tell me something never happened, but to me it does matter when they phrased something that way, or said anything at all. It still hurts after years and they still tell me to get over it

my mom always yells me that theres the truth your perception and my perception and that everything i remember was normal and im making things up in my head. I repeat everything I remember to myself so I know what I went through was real. we aren't overreacting love. you're not alone in this.
