Same in the red queue! Took hours to get in, even after getting there at 5.15 it was madness. Missed the supporting acts and no ticket or bag checks apart from turnstile screens. Did they not learn anything from 2017 💔

I was in the green. Got there at 6, in the queue for 15 minutes with bag checks for everyone. People need to learn to get there a bit earlier tbf. It’s common sense

as well the queue was in like 3 different directions as it was going the way you are then up that bank and also further down from where uou get in to the stadium it was so unorganised

I was in this queue for 2 hours. Didn’t get a bag check. Whole thing was a shambles. Missed both support acts and rushed in at the last minute before the lads came on

Tbf, something seriously went wrong with the green queue! We were yellow queue and had to walk past this! we feared the worst for us, but yellow was fine! It’s not on like! It’s not like they’re new to this! Sunderland have hosted so many major concerts
