Nutella Brioche Rolls🥐 Bread flour 500g (about 4 cups) Instant yeast 5g (about 1 1/2 tsp) Sugar 60g (about 1/3 cup) Egg 1 Milk 270ml (about 1 1/8 cups) Butter 50g (about 1/4 cup) Salt a pinch •Brush with egg yolk •200°C for 25/28 minutes Instructions : Knead everything for 10 minutes, then continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let the dough rest for 1 hour 30 minutes. Divide into 10 equal pieces, shape into balls, cover and rest for 10 minutes. Shape into rolls add Nutella and let rest again for 60 minutes. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 28 minutes, depending on your oven. If the rolls become too golden on top, cover loosely with aluminum foil during baking. Once baked and slightly cooled, I added extra Nutella after baking for an even more indulgent finish🍫 🇩🇪 Nutella Brioche Rolls 🥐 Weizenmehl 500 g (ca. 4 Tassen) Instanthefe 5 g (ca. 1 1/2 TL) Zucker 60 g (ca. 1/3 Tasse) Ei 1 Milch 270 ml (ca. 1 1/8 Tassen) Butter 50 g (ca. 1/4 Tasse) Salz eine Prise • Mit Eigelb bestreichen • 200 °C für 25–28 Minuten Anleitung: Alles 10 Minuten kneten, dann weiter kneten, bis der Teig glatt und elastisch ist. Abdecken und 1 Stunde 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. In 10 gleich große Stücke teilen, zu Kugeln formen, abdecken und 10 Minuten ruhen lassen. Formen, Nutella hinzufügen und nochmals 60 Minuten ruhen lassen. Mit Eigelb bestreichen. Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200 °C 28 Minuten backen, je nach Ofen. Wenn die Brötchen oben zu dunkel werden, locker mit Alufolie abdecken. Nach dem Backen und leichtem Abkühlen habe ich noch extra Nutella darübergegeben für ein noch intensiveres Ergebnis 🍫 #nutella #chocolate #cooking #recipes #fyp
