If you take nothing else from this one, remember the 180 day lockup for many insiders. They are LONGING for liquidity options and you will learn a ton about the true state of a company and its story by simply watching what happens at the 180 day mark. If it’s a great investment today, it will be a great investment then and perhaps a little cheaper.

$2500 Tesla IPO is now worth over $1M. I’m definitely not you but I do work in biotech and have been part of several IPOs. Insiders lockout is very dependent. Everyone needs to decide for themselves.
