$2500 Tesla IPO is now worth over $1M. I’m definitely not you but I do work in biotech and have been part of several IPOs. Insiders lockout is very dependent. Everyone needs to decide for themselves.

If you take nothing else from this one, remember the 180 day lockup for many insiders. They are LONGING for liquidity options and you will learn a ton about the true state of a company and its story by simply watching what happens at the 180 day mark. If it’s a great investment today, it will be a great investment then and perhaps a little cheaper.

Currency trader by profession but I do get institutional allocations for IPOs from Citi/JPM. Look at the investor chain and their track record. Have balls of iron. Use money you can afford to lose.
