If that kid wasn’t with her dad, in a lot of states a good lawyer is getting this dropped and turned into kidnapping charges. His new chick isn’t part of that custody agreement. If this were a man keeping the kid yall would treat it a lot differently.

Context: baby daddy left the child with a friend who runs a daycare out of her home. ex gf goes ballistic claiming "it kidnapping" because he was too busy to awnser her spam texts trying to find out where the child was. she ended up texting a mutual friend who gave her the address and she did what you see in the video. the man that pulls up is the husband of the friend not the BD. shes arrested for disorderly conduct, breaking and entering and i THINK assault on an LEO as well as resisting. she kept claiming her kid was kidnapped and the cops said it wasnt because the child was left in dad's custody who then left the child with someone he trusted meaning the child wasnt legally kidnapped and they had no obligation to open the door for her since she put them in reasonable fear of potentially hurting the other children.
