Uno podria ser el empaque de culata mala calidad y con fallas de fabrica otra podria ser falla de la culata falta rectificar o sepillar como le dicen o otra falta de torque

si es un motor Mitsubishi canter 659 es camara sepillada y quedó con micro ranuras gruesas la camara una solución es pintar la empacadura antes de montar yo lo e hecho y queda bien claro tienen que torquear a 140 libras
