When they say you can't wear makeup with textured skin but you put it on anyway and feel amazing 😅 I spent years hiding behind filters and avoiding photos because my skin and confidence were at an all-time low. On top of that I felt bloated, tired and frustrated with my weight. Nothing seemed to work. Then a woman in a support group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. A few months later I was down 30 lbs, my skin looked so much better and I finally felt confident again. Love it. Feels like information more women should know.

Sa mga may acne dyan na makakabasa nito. Tunay na less is more sa skincare. Ma-acne rin kami ng ate ko, kung ano-ano ng skincare ginamit namin. Nag-stick kami sa skin1004 centella serum (pink gamit nya, ako white) + silka soap (YES SILKA NA NASA TINDAHAN LANG 😭) and it really works. It takes time, not just weeks but months. My skin is still not 'clear skin' but it's wayyy better now.
