I told him about my trauma today, I didn’t need any reassurance after that. We’ve sent a few messages, but I’ve chosen to take some time for myself, he decided to take some for friends and himself, and I feel really good about my decision and I feel warm in myself right now. We’ll be spending more time later today, but I’m happy with me realizing I’m enough too
