@i.speye: Another day, another case 👁️📋 One of the most powerful tools in eye care isn't the slit lamp, OCT, or retinal camera... It's a good patient history 👀 The clinical signs might tell you *what* you're seeing, but the history often tells you *why* it's there 🔦 A patient mentioning recent trauma, contact lens wear, a new medication, flashes and floaters, previous surgery, autoimmune disease, or even a seemingly unrelated symptom can completely change the direction of a diagnosis. The difference between finding a sign and understanding it often comes down to asking the right questions 👁️ The eye gives us clues. The patient gives us context. And when you put the two together, that's when the real diagnosis happens 💫 #eyes #health #education #care #optometrist
