I just looked up what the kindergarten theory is. I gotta say it is a weird one cause I feel like sometimes I do hear my name getting called without anyone being there. I once had a weird thought as a kid. I used to get random lightheadedness when I was younger. It always made me have an out of body experience in a way. So once in elementary school I was walking to the PE court and I had an episode and just stood there watching everything and people. Everything baffled me in such a way that for some reason nothing in that moment felt real. When a friend walked up to me and we started talking and I looked her dead in the eye and realized I had no idea how I knew her. How I met her or anything. So I asked her how we met and she had no idea. Mind you I moved schools a lot and that was my first school year with them. I think from that moment forward made me believe everything wasn’t real for a long time. Though I haven’t had an episode in years after middle school. But I still think about that moment a lot where I believe I became aware of something I don’t even, to this day, fully understand.

Bro it’s normal it happens to everyone. When you’re sitting in silence your brain makes you hear noises because your brain is lacking noise. You live in noise so your brain makes”mimics” noise in quite environments
