These surgery recoveries are BRUTAL too. I had no idea excision surgery existed either. I got super lucky and got the excision surgery done not even knowing that’s what it was. Couldn’t imagine doing ablation and have it keep growing back.

Stage 2 endometriosis & adenomyosis here. I’m exhausted everyday. I can barely keep a job now. It’s so stressful seeing so many doctors and them trying to figure out what’s next for me. The pain is crucial.

I went in initially for prolonged periods and severe abdominal pain …so many apts later…every single one of them with no direct answer all told me I have “suspected endometriosis”…they all told me to take ibuprofen and keep a “daily symptom diary”…is this normal? should I be doing something or asking certain questions? I want to relate to this because I feel like I might have this the more I learn but it’s also so invalidating when you don’t have definite answers and dont want to jump to conclusions. I don’t know how to feel or cope with this

Everyone said I was exaggerating my symptoms. No one believed me. At the age of 21 I was diagnosed with stage 4 Endometriosis. Unfortunately I had a hysterectomy at the age of 26. This was 17 yrs ago.

going for a CT scan tommorrow after having an Ultrasound and found cysts. doctor is concerned and said we need to find out if you have ovarian cancer. like WOW!!! alot to digest.

Had 2 laprascopys 1st one my every was twisted and attached to my pelvis wall. I have stage 4 and 2nd time I lost a ovary and fallopian tube it was so bad with endometriosis. its no joke and now not sure if related just had a 4cm blood clot that was between my vaginal wall and rectum they say it wasnt endometriosis but not sure removed. 5 weeks after surgery still in pain cant sit. This is no joke. I had electrical zaps and throbbing and have to live on narproxen to get thru day. prayers to all 🙏❤️
