When I’m on the go and cortisol is high I function well. By Saturday I fall in a heap and can’t face the world. My sleep is often interrupted at 03:30pm. I have a few days off and start again. I live in this cycle. I exercise regularly and do a lot of trail running. I live on a fine balance of exercise, work and hobby’s but constantly feel if something is misaligned then things fall apart.

task paralysis/ executive function is what I always struggle with. Being a carer for 2 people and child. Staying ontop of the housework, remembering all my jobs and trying to have the energy to run my mini vinted business as well. I tend to run out of energy towards the end of the day and I tend to just barely have enough done. By then im needing me time and then feel guilty for not doing enough hahah. Hope youre well

27 year old Gluten intolerant, never really felt like I was dairy intolerant. ADHD, severe anxiety and depression, bpd, possible autoimmune now from pain in all my joins and muscles, more in my legs and chest and hands even. I’m a stahm and I feel like i can’t be happy or energized enough for my son because I’m always in pain because of my body. Now I’m experiencing nausea everyday. I finally just cut gluten out because i my parents found out when i was a child but still gave it to me all of the time. I’ve cheated a little here and there but I’m ready to get locked in.
