Just fyi, Orinoco is a chain from Monterrey made for people In Monterrey, it's Mexican owned for Mexicans. It gets mischaracterized as a "gringo taco place" "gentrified tacos" it's not. Monterrey doesn't get a lot of gringo tourism, it does not make sense to make a 'tourist taco' for a place that doesn't get a lot of Gringos. What I really think it's it's a CDMX turf thing, it's an outside chain making different style tacos that got popular, they are not traditional tacos but try them for yourself. Not saying they are the best, just Monterrey ingenuity. Funny thing is, Atarantados is ALSO from Monterrey
