I track everything. Came in real handy when I handed a 2 yr timeline attached with emails and chats. Hr thanked me for being so professional while my boss was not. He loves to nit pick. I stopped over achieving. I do as little as I can now.

And I get fired for making too many mistakes unintentionally. It sucks having ADHD and your job is to multi task hard with superior accuracy and ability to focus on small details. I was a Virtual Teller, loved my job but I swear my manager was out to get me. 🥲

the problem with upper management is they already have their mind made up to how or why something did or didn't happen b4 the issue is addressed and dont listen to the reason why cause they are already preparing a rebuttal b4 you even finish explaining why
