@moreclothesthansense: I decided a long time ago that my children’s faces, milestones, hard days, funny videos, and vulnerable moments weren’t mine to give away. One day they’ll have their own stories to tell. Until then, they get to keep them. So while I’ve shared pieces of motherhood, I’ve kept the most important parts for them. When I look at these numbers, I don’t see views. I see people. 10 people. 100 people. 1,000 people. 100,000 people. 1,000,000 people. And no amount of growth has ever felt more important than protecting a childhood that belongs to them. The internet will always be here. Their little years won’t. So if I’ve had to choose between views and privacy, I’ll choose privacy every time. 🤍
