So you always want to add the espresso over the milk and ice- doing it the way you’re doing makes it more bitter and changes acidity! High end coffee shops always do it this way too!

Try this instead and thank me later 🥰 Pour the hot espresso over 3 ice cubes in a metal shaker (with the maple syrup and cinnamon). Shake until the shaker becomes cold in your hands (get that extra foamy beautiful ness) THEN pour the shaken up goodness over a full glass of ice and add the milk or creamer
