@graemefs: Just a little update on my mum for those who ask me frequently or don’t have me on other socials. Things are much better in comparison to last year and despite what I saw some people say, moving her care home a year ago to this month was the best decision we ever made that I regret not doing it sooner. My mum has Alzheimer’s, I’m aware it’s a terminal illness so things will get worse but our goal is to make her as comfortable as possible and give her the best quality of life with the time she has which should be the case for everyone, but sadly the systems in place and our healthcare is severely letting families down, the elderly and the sick. #dementiaawareness #alzheimers #caregiver
