You can skip the plastic bag and put it in a pot then strain it with a cheese cloth. I'm not keen with bpa and all the ABC chemicals 😳

That’s mozzarella. If you save the whey that’s in the bowl after making the mozzarella. You can add some more vinegar and make ricotta cheese from it 😁 and if you use beef renet you even get a better results
