I only like to say this. When you work by a company and lots of them are employers who are friends from friends from friends and other family members. Then leave as fast as you can. Because they are doing nothing and will get lots of money at the end of the month and you will do all the hard work for less.

Saw that shit happen far to often working for companies. Working long hours putting in all the effort and not getting anything back. This is why I became self employed and started my own business. I have to say I’ve never looked back since. You set your own hours, you are the one in control, you pay yourself differently and the best thing is you’re more flexible to make time for family and friends. YOU answer to no one!!! It’s just YOU.

This is very true. My old employer is still in the old rut. Slowly people are seeing, what they are. No good trying to get me to help. They had me and then treated me like rubbish. Onwards and Upwards.😁
