fr! i have this workmate who has the same title as me but was there longer than me. she talked to me about the things she said our other workmates see. she talked with so much authority that i wanted to quit the next day. she was so mad about me doing something in our office, but i observed her just a while ago, doing exactly what she was so mad about back then. i dunno if this is an overreaction, but i feel like i am traumatized. that i cannot be left alone in the office doing nothing so i don’t overtime anymore. that i cannot even put my head down just for a little bit in the fears that they will think i am sleeping again. but when the senior workmates talked to me, they said that my coworkers report was biased, and that they don’t think i am like what she said.
