I worked in a dental office. We didn’t even use bags. Instruments are sterilized in bulk in a basket and then distributed to drawers for use.

sterilized so no contamination from prior use, but not sterile since the bag isnt sealed. so environmental contamination is possible but also irrelevant for this application

Makes me laugh because even if the bag was sealed the environment is not a sterile environment as soon as it would get opened it wouldn’t be sterile

I mean that’s why you only open sterilized tools in front of client. Once the seal is broken it is no longer sterile
