A static stretch is not going to provide anywhere near the same ability to avoid injury in comparison to the counterpart of a dynamic stretch. Now with this being said does that make a static stretch completely useless no I’m over exaggerating for the video but if I had to have you pick one, I’d make you do a dynamic stretch

what’s the thoughts about splitting the cardio? say 10 mins at the start, then a few band stretches, then hit the session, and finish the rest of cardio.

Nuno I think I had a minor pec strain while benching it didn’t hurt anytime after and just felt really weird when it happened, any advice?
