“If Luna can”…. Dawg her primary is a projectile of 3 darts that each hit independently. Yes if someone’s standing still and she’s boosted while in range she can “2 tap” but it’s technically hitting 6 shots…. It’s not the same as how hela and phoenix would 2 shot from across the map
