& Thank-you for doing this for us women with PMOS! It is damn hard to lose anything & unfortunately for me I can't take certain supplements due to a medication I'm on for anxiety & now again I'm stuck. It feels as though there is always a 3 layer Brick Wall in my way.

I’ve got endo and PMOS! I went 12 years without actually getting the confirmation. I got flogged off by the Dr but my surgeon confirmed it only this year. Learning plenty from you 🙌🏼

I have had a PT for 5 weeks and ive lost nothing. pmos is awful. I have purchased some of your supplements to see if they help. even mounjaro and wegovy didnt help 😳

Hiiii! I’ve just been diagnosed with lipedema stage 2. PMOS really answers so many questions I have had for so long alongside the lipedema diagnosis. Insulin Resistance, the specialist said I don’t have it as I don’t have the “fat pad” and didn’t meet her Q&A criteria for it… any advice? I started myo-inositol, is there any harm taking it if I am not insulin resistant? Thank you 😊
