My daughter was sick and tired/sleepy for a few days. Thought it was just part of the virus, went to take her to the doctors and she started passing out on the way there (only a few min up the road) - her oxygen was low and thankfully our medical centre had an oxygen machine so she was on that for an hour and a half waiting for an ambulance!! Turns out it was a life threatening asthma attack not just tired from a virus. Even now, she won’t always cough and NEVER wheezes, her symptoms are just being tired.
