Oddly I feel like putting myself in a corporate space is pushing me to be more creatively inspired because I’m forced to put my mind in a box for 8 hours a day. Idk how to explain it but I felt like I couldn’t access my creativity when everything I did for work was creative/art adjacent.

also there’s a level of competence and rationale we bring to corp spaces that stakeholders don’t align with and when we voice such disconnect we are told to find something stimulating after work while they already don’t respect work hours
